xfi Pods after assessment - does anyone actually receive these?
I have been trying to get my iPods for several months and have been getting the run around on how to get them and who could help me. FInally I was sent an assesment which I filled out and was told I qualified for free ipods and they were on the way. I waited a month and received nothing, then reached out via chat to customer service and their response was "go to the store". I said I already filled out the assesment and was told the ipods were on the way and now they are telling me I need to start over and physically go into the store? Their response was "fo now". What kind of customer service is this? I have been an xfinity customer for YEARS and we spend a lot every month. They are willing to lose us as a customer over $100 in xfipods?
