xFi Pods- No Confirmation Email

Hi, I wanted to boost the strighth of the internet in my new daughters room as we have a nurdery camera with no wifi signal so we cannot keep an eye on her when she sleeps, so I looked into the xFi pods. After cahtting with a Comcast rep, I was told that I may qualify for a free pack of three xFi pods. I went to xFi https://homewifiassessment.xfinity.com/ and recevied a confiramation that i'm "all set" (please see attached picture). I have not recevied a confirmation email of any kind and when I reach to the "customer service agents" they are zero help. Can someone please help me with understanding why I didn't get a confirmation email and how can I confirm my order? 

 

I just need a straight answer from someone!

I just did the same thing you did about submitting the form for the xFi pods.  I have not received any type of confirmation either.  Let's hope we both get the pods.
