x1 upgrade for existing customer

x1 upgrade for existing customer

I did not upgrade to x1 when the upgrade was originally that the pop-up windows pushing the upgrade have disappeared from my TV screen, how do I initiate an upgrade now? Can I still upgrade to x1 for free? Will an upgrade cause my bill to increase? Will an x1 upgrade also upgrade my WiFi/broadband internet to the new xFi (whatever that is)?

Hi jrare. You can still upgrade to X1. Most plans do not charge any additional for the use of our X1 Platform. Also to use xFi, just like to use X1, you'll most likely need to replace your equipment.
