Called today with problems concerning home phone. Agent rushed through call and kept saying he would escalate to supervisor and I could expect a return call within an hour. Of course, no return call received.
Is this the accepted approach in handling customer issues? I was never rude or demanding during call. It is beyond understanding that Comcast treats customers in such a manner and claims to provide excellent customer service.
Without competition in our area the options are be treated poorly by Comcast or have no service - the latter is more and more appealing.
