where is my $100.00 credit, promised me on feb-6 2020

i was told if i wanted to save money on my bill, i could get purchase a modeum and a roku,,,, after reordering 3 times, with the product you recommended, it was the wrong one... whom ever i talked to said the would give us $100. for our trouble, so where is it? please contact us regarding this-ASAP....

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above. In reviewing your account, I do see a credit of $100 placed on your cable account on 2/20/2020 that appears on your most recent printed bill that is dated 3/17/2020.
