Ever since we have moved into our new home, we have had many technical difficulties. First, the house was not connected, then it was. Even though I called months in advance, the day of set up was not easy as the connection from the street or lack of it challenged the connection to the interior of the home. A few months ago, we began to lose Internet, cable, connectivity in the evening. (Thank you for the reimbursement on our bill.) That seems to have been fixed, but no one has returned to complete the job. There are still exposed cables both at the street and home connection. With summer coming, I worry that these cables might be damaged if not covered. When will someone be sent to complete the job?
