I work hard for my money to be scammed and offered something that is not totally true, I upgrade my service to get the Ipad offer to find out I get error messages like this,it has bee weeks on end and no solution this, numerous calls with no results and going in person and getting the run around. Thinking about downgrading in a week if I dont get as promised... so sad to treated like this.....
I understand how you can find this frustrating. The iPad offer is real, just sometimes they get back ordered since a lot of customers are taking advantage of the offer as it's a sweet deal. Most likely that's all that's wrong in your case. An employee can check on that for you.
