view/manage premium channels seems to dissappeared . when I click on view/manage premium channels link I get the following :

It was working about 2 weeks ago. Has this been removed ? If so why keep link to something that's been removed ? Anyone have any ideas ?
I got off the phone trying reach costumer support. All I got was redirected to xfinity mobile customer support it wanted to if i wanted to change my number. Asked agent all got is message about virus event and please wait until comcast has all employees working from home , this will happen when by next summer ? website is totally broken no customer interaction allowed , no humans to talk to , The AI that comcast is using automaticly transfers calls to moblr phone - cell phone - when calling about cable tv.
