I learned you are supposed to send me another modem for xFi but I do not need it. The problem was fixed last Sunday when a technician came to my house. A technician in India (I believe) tried everything the week before and failed to get my phone to work so he said he would send another modem but there would be no cost to me. That was 10 days ago and he has said it would be there the next day. The technician checked on Sunday and said it had never been ordered. I don't need it, cancel the other modem and do not charge me.
