unlink account and purge inactive account

unlink account and purge inactive account

Please help me unlink and purge an inactive account that is causing all kinds of issues.  Installation of equipment was yesterday and less than 12 hours later I had to spend almost 3 hours on the phone with activations.  They got my internet working but couldn't fix the account link issues.
