I can't seem to find any mechanism to contact Xfinity directly, so I'm going to try here and hope they read.
Not sure where to go with this. About a month ago, an Xfinity service person visited my yard to repair some cable connections. The box is still all torn up in the yard. When can I expect this to be completed?
