So I get a random email saying my equipment is out-of-date and they're shipping a new modem to me. Never got my permission. I just moved. So they mailed it to the old address. I call Xfinity before it ships to tell them not to. They say don't worry they won't. And it's a mistake anyhow because they thought I was using my own modem. Now I get a confirmation email saying it has indeed shipped to the old address. I hope they don't think I'm driving back to the old place, finding their package, and bringing it back to their office.
