unable to order free xFI pods

unable to order free xFI pods

Like many posters here.  I've got the email and notice in the app that my wifi assessment is complete and can order the free pods.  But for the last 2 weeks I keep getting the "temporarily unavailable" message.  I've been on chat for couple times for an hour each and last person said to get it at the store, but I see here that it has to be ordered thru the link.


Need xfinity to fix this please

having the exact same issue. seems like a ploy to get you to pay for the them - those seem to have no issues being ordered for $119.
