I have been trying to upgrade my internet at home (no TV). Filled out a request and was told I would have the faster service within 24 hours (from a pop up chat with xfinity support worker). But now, nothing - not even a trace of making the request. Like most people, I need faster service to work from home properly and have not been able to get in contact with support ever since. Has anyone had any luck resolving this issue?
