Upgraded my service and tried going to www.xfinity.com/ipad to order my iPad.
I have spent 4 hours on the phone being bounced back and forth between people saying they can help me order it or forwarding me to someone that can order it, they can make it so I can order it, and saying they can't do anything until I get an email.
I upgraded my service specifically for this promotion and am now getting ready to cancel my service all together.
