technician enter my property without asking permission and placed a cable in the middle of my backya

On Friday 19th, 2019 a comcast technician enter my property without asking permission and connected my neighbourg's house placing a cable in the middle of my backyard. I cannot believe that the technician would enter my house without our permission and he used a time-window when my wife left the house with my 2 little dougthers!!. This cable is a hazzard to my children!!. I don't understand why the technician did not place the cable in the back of the yard?? The lawn company is coming at the end of this week and the cable is in the middle of the yard.
