Post Subject: 6 days of outages


Post Body:

Every 15 minutes or so my modem reboots. When I call in I get there's an outage in your area message. After the time limit they say will be done by my internet acts the same way and I call in again only to hear the outage is extended for 4 more hours. This has been going on for 6 days. A tech even came to my home and said it was all good. After he left disconnects started up again. Yesterday there were 9 outages in my area. Its like they close them after 4 hours and start a new one but its the same 6 day outage. Can someone look into this?
