On monday morning 9/3 I reported loss of my internet, tv and phone service. I told the agent who I spoke with that one of your trucks had been seen in the area and I thought I had been disconnected.
it's not the first time that that has happened. After running some sort of diagnostic check he told me that my modem was defective. He also told me that the soonest that he could get a tech out to repair it was thursday. The tech showed up this morning and sure enough I had been disconnected by some other tech. He got me up and running with my service and was very thorough and professional. I do have several questions. Why was I disconnected? Why did it take three days to get reconnected and why did your costomer service lie to me about the cause of my problem?
