I am now connected to the internet via wifi. It's nothing I did. Prior to this I was not connected and couldn't get connected. Therefore I would like to cancel the service call scheduled for March 13 @ 4:00pm.

Hi, Jerry! Thank you for sending your information. You don't have any tech visits scheduled. There is one Special Order for installing X1 POE filter (the system automatically schedule those in some cases) but it's an outside work, so technician should not disturb you. However, I can cancel it as well. Just let me know.
