our tv was not working and we talked to some customer service agent who couldnt help us. i think she needs more training. anyway, she supposedly made a service visit appointment for saturday between 1 and 4. well my husband and I waited, no one came and when i called, they said appt was never made!!!!!! I hope someone at comcast gets this message, I feel comcast has the worst service of all companies. they really really need to work on this issue!!!!!
