~4 weeks ago we had a Comcast tech come to our home due to a pixalation issue. During his visit he discovered that we needed a new line installed. As of this posting we have not seen any evidence of a replacement line. The tech stated that we would see Miss utility markings on our property before the install. We have not seen these marking either. Can someone contact me so I can provide the necessary information so that my account be accessed to see where in the process this stands.
