acoount holder, (father) physically cant get to xfinity store... replace two remotes & non-hd box Motorla dct-.....? (no power button). Will Comcast allow me, (son, same residence) manage transaction? Going back several years, only account holder could replace equipment. at least in Philly
All you need to do is have your dad call Comcast and add you as an authorized user. Then you'll be able to make changes to the account or equipment.
