been a comcast customer for 10+ years
had a promo rate since 12/16 that just ran out
did online chat with a rep, who says I should be able to get the promo renewed, but multiple phone reps say no promos available for my account
Fios knocks on my door or sends me a mailing at least once a week and is offering me faster internet at a rate that's almost half my current rate.
Is Comcast interested in keeping a loyal customer?
Can any reps here help?
I tried sending a PM to a few reps, but clicking the name and choosing PM takes me to a page with no way to send a message.
