removing pop up for remaining account set up steps

How oh how can I STOP the annoying pop up "you have 2 steps remaining for account set up".

NOTE:  I am NEVER Going to go paperless or auto bill pay and those are the ONLY steps that I have not completed.

 

Please, please stop the madness....sooooooo annoying!!!
