Does anyone have any input on how to reach a live person either by phone or by online chat for billing issues. I have called the 800 number which gives me a txt to live chat. I have not been able to reach a live person via chat. The automated system just sends me in circles the same as the 800 number. I have tried to reach out to the physical store location but there is no phone numbers to call them. I completely understand that the staff is limited and is a transition to work from home. I have tried for 2 days. Any help or advise would be appreciated.
I was able to call 1-855-339-4824 a little while ago to resolve my issue of needing to cancel the Instant TV Service on my bill. The wait time was long, and expected, but the CS Agent was able to help me.
