" sorry, call Comcast" message when researching bundles online when logged in

Why do I keep getting a " Sorry, call Comcast" message when searching for changes to my plan online.  Why don't you simply display the packages available to exisiting cutomers rather than having to make someone call customer service ?  What's the point ?  Will the packages link be updated soon to actually provide information ?
