"Unfortunately, you won't be able to manage your account at this time"

I have just had my internet installed and went to log in to my account. I can successfully sign in but when I try to do or look at anything I get a message that reads "Unfortunately, you won't be able to manage your account at this time." I can't do start a chat because you need an account number which I can not get into my account to see...anyone know what do? 

 

I figure I will have to call in, but I just moved and have been on the phone every day so figured I would see if anyone has a solution first. Thanks!
