I have a charge on my bill labeled as "transferred from" and I need to dispute it. I need to remove this charge because I haven't moved or added/changed any services. I can't get ahold of anyone and the bot won't answer my questions, I get stuck in a loop about COVID 19 on the phone or using the chat feature. I can't afford to just throw money at this, I need to have it taken off my account. What have people been doing to actually get ahold of someone?
