"There is an orange cable in my yard" or maybe "Please bury my drop"

"There is an orange cable in my yard" or maybe "Please bury my drop".  The loose cable has been exposed for a year or more.  The HOA is getting on our case to get it buried.  How do we get Xfinity to come out and do that?
