"Sorry, we are having issues signing you in at this time." and other issues on website
I am unable to reach several areas of the xfinity website, and typically receive a message such as the one in the title. I get that one when I try to go into chat.
It also seems to impact checking service outages, account changes, and even looking up supported devices (I was looking at upgradeing my modem).
I am also unable to log into the mobile app.
I think the issue stems from a second account (an old address) that is still listed under my account, but has no service. It seems like the website is often defaulting to this old address when it redirects, and errors out in some form.
