I have never once been notified ahead of these planned outages.... Is it really too difficult to somehow let customers know you are planning on cutting their services entirely? Every other company in different markets do this.
These outtages have been getting increasingly worst recently, every couple days a planned service interruption, lasts for hours. My business and income is suffering increasingly along with it. I absolutely hate centurylink but if the connection is stable it may be worth not having quality speeds.
