Over the weekend I called and spoke to two Comcast agents about a switch to the Super Triple package that I ultimately agreed to to save some money. The first agent told me that I would have to change the master DVR when this happened. My family paniced because they thought all their saved items on the DVR would be lost. I called back and the second agent said that the modem was what would be replaced. Since I had been with Comcast since 1997, he would not charge the usual $40 for a service fee when thee technichian visits my home on May 18. My question is what part of this is true?
