property damage to my side of duplex

Tech came out yesterday to set up service for my neighbor. We share a duplex. They mentioned needing to run cable. They failed to mention they would be going right into my stucco. And not I have a ton of holes in my new stucco. It looks like absolute garbage. I tried calling but the IVR system is impossible. I tried Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and reddit to no avail either. I want this rectified and I want compensation to the damage done on my house!

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
