Just want to find out if Xfinity has rates for seniors. My plan runs out in April and there are so many stations I don't watch. It would be so nice if Xfinity has lower rates for seniors with less cable stations. Thank you.
A few areas have small discounts for seniors. Check with your local government Franchise Authority. Contact information for that Authority should be printed on your Comcast bill.
There are also a few areas that offer Internet Essentials for seniors on public assistance -- see https://www.internetessentials.com/Seniors.
You might want to pick up a price sheet and a channel lineup at a Service Center (check locations and hours at http://www.xfinity.com/support/service-center-locations/), or have Customer Service send these to you. You could use these to determine if a lower cost TV service tier would work for you.
Pricing and channel lineups may have been included with one of your recent bills. Check https://customer.xfinity.com/.
Comcast had a seniors plan went i sign up in 2005, till they realize there no need to give seniors a discount...they will sign up anyways > after 1.5 yrs they drop it..
Hi nplonkie, I can assist going over current promotions that are available with you and see what discounts can be applied to your account. Could you please send me a private message with your account information (your name, address and account number).
