Comcast, contact me with a local number. Utilities are replacing all wooden poles to concrete in my area and my signal has went down hill. Palm fronds are hitting the cable lines etc... I call and get a guy in India that is no help. I need a local contact to ask what they are doing about the issue and when is it going to be fixed. This is two months now. Sending a signal to my box fron India has run its course.
