When I click shop/upgrade I get a message saying I need help and have to call for assistance. I do not have time to sit on the phone for hours. I would like to know my options for adding tv channels to my lineup. I'm beginning to think xfinity was a mistake.

I'm about to cancel my service if I can't explore options online. This is absurd.
