i got my note 8 back in oct and it stopped working and since i had the insurance on it they sent me out the wrong phone they sent me the galaxy s8 plus and now its not working and i have been dealing with xfinity for about a month now, and i have not had a phone, and no one seems like they want to help and i am being charged for not having a phone and i feel like i am getting the run around. everytime that i talk to someone they tell me something different. they say that tier 2 needs to contact me but i have had no calls or emails from them. i am getting sick and tired of this i have a sick father and i have to have a phone on me at all times. so i want to know what xfinity is going to do about the trouble that this has caused me?
