i have basic cable from comcast with high speed internet . my internet is great but get no cable

Try this article if not: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-reboot-my-set-top-box. Could you go into more detail about "Get no Cable"? Is your signal intermittent? No picture? Perhaps an error code at the bottom right of your TV? -RespectedWisdom
