Hi, I have been back and forth with Comcast over the installation of service at new construction. I have a conduit to run cable from the electrical pole to the house. How do I get that info accross to Comcast? They've sent techs out before, but still said I could not get service. I am receiving mail from Comcast at that address.
Any help appreciated!
