I moved into an apartment building that was newly renovated. I've been trying to get someone to come set up service but am told my address isn't in the database and that a ticket will be entered for someone to fix it. At this point half a dozen tickets have been entered with no result.
Sometimes I'm told the address is fine and I just need to put in another order. So I do, and I always get an email saying the address is an issue and the order can't be completed.
I'm at my wits end. We've been loyal customers for years now, and it's been months of battling to try to get you guys in my building. This is my last try to get help.
