Unable to log into my xfinity account. I've looked at some of the other forum with similar issues. It just keesp saying "we couldnt sgn you into My Account" and I keep having to re-login. I've already called into the support line and talked with someone who couldnt assist either and stated it was a tecnicall issue on comcast's end (she was very nice and helpful). I've completed the mobile verification code process as well. Ever since I got internet set up in November 2017, I have not been able to access my account to view my bill and manage my account, it just keeps giving me the same issue "we couldnt sgn you into My Account" its January 2018 now and still the same issue. I'm gettign frustrated at not being able to login and manage my account and view my bill. Please someone help!
