my line disconnected

my line disconnected

The line from the pole to my house is disconnected. talk to comcast tech on 3/19/2020, tech at comcast told me they will send some body to hook up the at the pole on 3/30/2020 and up to now nobody from comcast show up yet. But comcast already charging me for the month of March already. I try to call, Text comcast but have no luck. i really don't know what is wrong with these comcast poeple.
