This morning I called Comcast since I was having issues viewing some channels. After setting up a service call, the employee said she could get me a better deal. I asked two times if I would be getting the same stations as before and she said yes. However, now I find out that I can no longer get UPTV, WETV, ID, or WGN. I tried to call and cancel my order and I was told I could not cancel my new package and that there was no way to get these stations back. If I had known this I would not have made the change.
Is this correct? Can anything be done?
Hi, Cal10! Thank you for posting! New packages in the North East division (Standard, Signature, Select, Super) don't have six channels that used to be available in old packages:
