I have been receiving mail to my address with a different name and account . It is in regards to a password change and that a secondary user can pay the bill on line. Sounds like either a scam or Xfinity has a problem keeping customer information private. either case it is bad business practice to have the only way to contact the company is via chats with an automated system, and the phone number is useless too. I understand that at this time with companies sending their staff home there would be longer hold times, but this is one industry that can work from home via the Internet for most customer support. Very disappointed in the inability to get a simple answer fixed. Also if this is not a scam the other person who's name is on my address is not getting notified that their password and e-mail has been changed.
