It looks like yesterday's high wind affected the wires in the back of our house and now the wire going to our neighbors house is hanging very low over our patio. I woudl greatly appreciate it if one of the Comcast employees could contact me thorugh here since I did not see any other option to report it.

Yeah, that wind yesterday got my fence. It survived the last storm, but just couldn't hold on anyhow....
