I was charged $70 for a service call which was as a result of the equipment, I was told if it was the equipment there would not be charged. I called twice the first person said they took it off, they didn't I called again and had gotten an additional $10 late fee again I was told it was taken care of and the last fee. Well the late fee is still there. How do I get it and any tax taken off ? Calling gets you know where
