I don't know if this is the right placeto post this since everything with Comcast is overly complicated.

Here's my question...since the speeds Comcast says they are sending are never true, I have decided to pay less and download my speed. But then Comacst has decided NOT to allow me to do this without talking to someone. The page were you could upgrade or downgrade has vanished. Something comes up that does not allow you to do anything. I need someone to tell me why can't I decide what I'm paying for and why can't I change it myself.
