infinity TV is not working. No way exists to speak to a service tech directly.
This may be the worst customer I've ever tried to work with. The phone system states there is an outage in your area and a tech is working to repair it. No way to talk to a service tech directly. No schedule for the completion of the repair. No indication of the issue or the area. I just retutned to Comcast and am rethinking that decision. Centrylink tech support is much better
