Hello I added the iPad deal on 6/19/2018 and I spoke to a rep yesterday just to make sure it went through. She told me to call Xfinity Mobile but they said it’s handled by Customer service. I know the iPad hasn’t shipped yet but I just wanted to make sure that it was added and being worked on, thanks.

Thanks for your reply but after I posted the question the FedEx tracking info was sent to me! So all is well, I should be getting it today! Thank you!
