I ordered the $5/mo iPad offer on July 15th, I received a confirmation of the order but nothing else after that (shipment date or tracking number)! No answer when I checked with my local Xfinity store, the staff said: I have to call customer service since it's not store promotion! That is so sad for me, I do not care the promotion from where, I just know that the promotion from Xfinity, from Comcast! I called Xfinity, but take a long time for waiting, so I decide to come here!
